Check-in Notice
** Please kindly read all the terms and conditions below before reservation. Once you have completed any room and activity booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms & conditions herein.
Apartment Rules

Pets are not allowed.

Party is not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Coin laundry machines are available on the ground floor.

There is no private parking, but there is public paid parking nearby.
Check-in/Out policies

There is a self serving check in & out system at the front door.

Pls pay attention, check-in time is from 3pm, check-out time is until 10am, it does not provide earlier check-in time.

A late check-out fee may be applied.

Please talk to the staff via messaging when there is no staff at the counter, staff replies messages from 10am to 7pm.

A replacement fee of 15000 yen is applied when a key is lost.
Payment policies

You will receive email notification upon reservation and we will contact you promptly to let you know the payment details.

All prices are in USD. For bank wiring, our company (Another Life Company Ltd) will solely pay for the bank service charge from our side.
Cancellation policies
-
For any reservation that is canceled at least 5 days before the arrival date, the refunding amount will be equalled to the total reservation amount minus USD50 handling fee.

For any reservation that is canceled within 5 days before the arrival date, the refunding amount will be equal to 50% of the total reservation amount, minus USD50 handling fee and the amount of the first night of the reservation.

No shows will be charged 100% of the reservations amount, no refund will be made.

For any early check-out after checked in, the refunding amount will be equalled to 50% of the reserved stays that are not spent, minus USD50 handling fee.
In case of any disputes, Another Life Company Ltd reserves the rights of final explanation and decision to all the terms and conditions, including suspending, terminating or changing details of any terms and conditions without prior notice.
